Improper Fractions
An improper fraction has a numerator equal to or greater than its denominator. Its value is 1 or more. You can convert it to a mixed number.

Examples
- 17/4 = 1 and 3/4 — seven quarters is one whole and three quarters.
- 25/2 = 2 and 1/2 — five halves is two and a half.
