A short privacy explanation for children and families.

We ask for an age so the app can show suitable maths. We do not ask for a full birth date. The free local experience does not need a child’s full name, photograph, school, home address, telephone number, or personal email.

The selected age, lesson progress, scores, rewards, and streaks are saved in the browser so the learner can continue later. Clearing browser data can remove this local information.

A learner can continue without an account. When an account is created with adult help, we use an email address, a first name or nickname, the account role, a broad learner age or grade where provided, and learning progress to provide sign-in and cloud progress protection.

Do not enter a child’s full name, exact birth date, school, address, telephone number, or photograph.

Numbers entered into calculators, converters, practice tools, and the study timer are used only to show an answer. Maths Universe does not save them. The classroom group maker is for an adult to use with short classroom labels, not private details.

Use Maths Universe with your parent, guardian, or school’s knowledge. A parent, guardian, or teacher should help create and manage a learner account, protect the password, and sign out on shared devices.

We do not sell children’s information, show behavioural advertisements, provide public profiles, or let strangers message children through Maths Universe.

A parent or guardian can contact info@jeneconk.com to ask questions or exercise applicable privacy rights. We may need reasonable verification to protect the child before releasing or deleting account information.
