Rules for using JENECONK Maths Universe.

These terms apply to the free Maths Universe website, optional accounts, and learning activities.

Using the service

You may use Maths Universe for lawful personal, family, classroom, or educational purposes. Children must use the service with the permission and supervision required by their parent, guardian, school, and local law.

Accounts are optional. Give accurate account information, protect the password, do not share access with unauthorized people, and sign out on shared devices. A learner account should be created and managed with appropriate adult help.

Educational scope

The service supports learning and practice. It does not replace a qualified teacher, formal curriculum decision, professional assessment, special educational support, or examination authority. Content may contain mistakes; report suspected errors so they can be reviewed.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape excessively, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse linking codes, impersonate another person, access another learner’s information, upload malicious material, or use the service to harm or exploit a child.

Content and ownership

JENECONK’s software, lessons, branding, original graphics, and product content are owned by or licensed to Jeneconk Integrated Global Solutions Ltd. Ordinary learning use is allowed; commercial copying, resale, or misleading reproduction is not.

Availability and changes

The free service may change, pause, or remove features for maintenance, safety, legal, or product reasons. Parent and teacher linking features are still being completed and must not be used as official school records.

Responsibility and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular educational result. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable Nigerian law, subject to mandatory protections in a user’s location.
