Child safety
Learning should be safe, private, and encouraging.
Our safety approach starts with minimal data, adult involvement, age-right design, and no social features that expose children to strangers.
Effective and last updated: 30 July 2026. Contact info@jeneconk.com with questions or requests.
Current safety protections
- • No advertising or behavioural advertising.
- • No public learner profiles, direct messages, public comments, or open chat.
- • No request for a child’s full name, exact birth date, photograph, home address, school, or telephone number in the free local experience.
- • Age is stored as a simple number on the device and used to recommend learning content.
- • Optional learner accounts ask for a first name or nickname rather than a full legal name and require adult-help confirmation during signup.
- • External product links are clearly separated from the learning activity.
Guidance for adults
Supervise younger learners, use a shared family or school device where appropriate, review progress together, protect account passwords, and teach children never to share personal details in online services.
Parent and teacher learner-linking features are still being completed. Do not share classroom or learner information through unfinished linking features.
